Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. All bonuses and free bets have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Bonus funds that have not been used or wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically. 399bdt will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All bets placed on 399bdt are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. 399bdt will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where expressly permitted by the specific rules of the relevant sport or event.
Bets may only be placed using available funds in your 399bdt account balance. The platform does not offer credit betting under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event and are displayed within the betting interface.
All odds offered on 399bdt are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to any bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation. 399bdt reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error, and bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at 399bdt's discretion.
Bet settlement is carried out in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket matches, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 399bdt's decision based on official sources shall be final.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: (a) the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) the bet was placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error; (c) the bet is on a market that is subsequently deemed invalid by the relevant governing body; or (d) 399bdt determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected sports events including cricket matches. In-play bets are subject to the same general rules set out in this section. Due to the real-time nature of in-play betting, there may be a brief delay between a bet being submitted and it being confirmed by the platform. 399bdt reserves the right to decline any in-play bet submitted after the outcome of the relevant moment in the event has already been determined.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held and not made available for withdrawal until the investigation is resolved.
